BY TRAIN: Take SEPTA's Market-Frankford (Blue), Trolley (Green), or any Regional Rail line to 30th Street Station. Walk east (towards Center City) on Market Street. While on the bridge just after you cross the river, walk down the pedestrian ramp. At the landing, walk down the next ramp (heading south) if you want to go toward the finish of the course, or down the steps (heading north) if you want to go toward the start or middle of the course. Don't even think about parking on or alongside the course! NOTE: Directions are to Race Street, near the midpoint of the race, where parking is most readily available (for free). The start at the King Drive "donut" (with a close-up
at right photo), south of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, along the Schuylkill
River.
The course runs southeast.
Parking is sparse here, although you can pay at the Eakins Oval lot (at
the left photo, shown at the right), or park along the Ben Franklin Parkway.

Race Street (shown in the middle), the 0.4 mile mark, has
street level access to the park.
There is plenty of street parking (free on Sunday) and a huge lot (rarely
staffed on Sunday - so it's free) two blocks south at Arch Street & 23rd
Street.

are on the far right path, but go through the middle of the two yellow
poles.. Marshal will be near the far side of here + cones. |
At Chestnut Street bridge just
after the convergence; racers go through the middle of the two yellow
poles and proceed through the left passage under the bridge. |
Just past Chestnut Street bridge;
racers continue on the path. Marshal will be here + cones. |
Racers continue under Walnut Street
bridge and past the hut. Marshal will be here + cones may be here. A sign attached to a cone marking 100 meters until the finish will be in this vicinity. |
Approaching the Locust Street

Street level access to the park is right by the finish via Locust Street.
You may be able to find street parking around here, but it's more available
around Race Street.
